Prajwal Naik C Secures Best Oral Presentation Award

Prajwal Naik C, PhD scholar under the guidance of Dr. Saikat Dutta, Department of Chemistry, NITK Surathkal, secured the Best Oral Presentation Award, along with a cash prize, at the National Conference “ECoChem: Science for Sustainability (ECSS 2026)”, organized by St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, on 16 September 2026. The award was received for his presentation titled “Infusing Sustainability in Synthesizing Antimicrobial Compounds through Biogenic Carbon.”
